A beautifully furnished outside patio, with lots of comfortable seating, is accessible via sliders from the main level king master bedroom. The patio has a beautiful seating cluster with a fire pit and barbecue - wonderfully convenient if you wish to rest, relax, or have a meal while you watch the sunset.
The main level king master bedroom has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a beach chic queen bedroom adjacent to the front entrance with its own ensuite bath with walk-in shower.
This home sleeps 4 comfortably in beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed in this condo. And of course, all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your comfort.
The 2nd level showcases a beautiful great room with a living room area with beach chic furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a peak ocean view. A dining area for 4, plus a kitchen bar with 3-high top stools, ensures that everyone can eat together inside.
